Johannes Marten

Johannes Marten began his professional career as a journalist. This taught him to fearlessly ask critical questions of top representatives from politics and business. At the same time, he was fascinated by the world of top management, in which individuals bear great responsibility.

He moved into management himself 20 years ago. As Head of Communications and Marketing and for many years Head of a CEO office and as a consultant, he supported numerous CEOs, entrepreneurs, and supervisory board members in their personal positioning, in the development of strategies, in stakeholder management, and in crisis situations.

His core competencies include strategy communication and supporting CEOs in critical situations.

In an honorary capacity, Marten is deputy chairman of the board of the International Bach Academy in Stuttgart.
