Johannes Marten began his professional career as a journalist. This taught him to fearlessly ask critical questions of top representatives from politics and business. At the same time, he was fascinated by the world of top management, in which individuals bear great responsibility.
He moved into management himself 20 years ago. As Head of Communications and Marketing and for many years Head of a CEO office and as a consultant, he supported numerous CEOs, entrepreneurs, and supervisory board members in their personal positioning, in the development of strategies, in stakeholder management, and in crisis situations.
His core competencies include strategy communication and supporting CEOs in critical situations.
In an honorary capacity, Marten is deputy chairman of the board of the International Bach Academy in Stuttgart.
Markus Resch has been working in communications for more than 20 years. Before that, he was an investigative journalist for the ZDF business magazine WISO and has also worked for many other ZDF editorial departments and the news channel Phoenix.
Today, he is a personal consultant and “ghost thinker” for board members and entrepreneurs. He has accompanied many personalities and companies through strategy, change, and crisis situations. Markus Resch is considered one of the leading media trainers in Germany (PR-Magazin, 2021).
Markus Resch is Advisor Media for the Chair of Entrepreneurship and Creativity of WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management. As a communications consultant, he is a member of the advisory boards of various start-ups and companies. He is an honorary member of the Association of Family Entrepreneurs, the United Europe initiative, and the Friends of Yad Vashem.
Roman Keilhacker has over 25 years’ experience as an entrepreneur and management consultant specialising in strategy development and personal brand building. Having worked with global corporations, mid-sized companies and start-ups, he is familiar with a wide range of corporate cultures and has gained extensive experience in developing personal and business strategies and the challenges associated with their successful implementation.
After completing his Business Management studies in Germany, London, and Berkeley, he began his professional career at Accenture. He then progressed to become active on the start-up scene and launched several award-winning companies, one of which he successfully sold to a Fortune 500 company. Prior to joining KAIROS CEO-Consulting, he worked at the Swiss consulting boutique PvL Partners, where he advised senior executives in a variety of industries, with a particular focus on strategic positioning and business transformation.
Roman Keilhacker heads the Komunitas Family Foundation and is a passionate water sports enthusiast.
Claudia Pörings is a journalist and was most recently head of the ZDF finance and stock market editorial team.
She joined ZDF in 1984 as an editor and reporter in the domestic politics department.
Since then she has presented current affairs programs on ZDF, 3sat and Phönix.
She studied American Literature, mass communications and economics and acquired her M.A. at Gutenberg University /Mainz.
Claudia Pörings is on the board of the International Club of Business Journalists Frankfurt and is a member of the board of trustees of the Bündnis ökonomische Bildung BÖB. She is also on the jury of the Helmut Schmidt Journalism Prize.
In 2021 she acquired the certificate as a voice trainer.
Philipp Bächstädt has been a tv-journalist for 20 years now. He started his career on the German news-channel n-tv and with the private broadcasting group RTL. He is fluent in both English and German and worked as a foreign correspondent in Germany for international networks like SKY and CNN.
Since 2009 he also works as a show host and media coach in English language exclusively for KAIROS.
