Johannes Marten

Johannes Marten began his professional career as a journalist. This taught him to fearlessly ask critical questions of top representatives from politics and business. At the same time, he was fascinated by the world of top management, in which individuals bear great responsibility.

He moved into management himself 20 years ago. As Head of Communications and Marketing and for many years Head of a CEO office and as a consultant, he supported numerous CEOs, entrepreneurs, and supervisory board members in their personal positioning, in the development of strategies, in stakeholder management, and in crisis situations.

His core competencies include strategy communication and supporting CEOs in critical situations.

In an honorary capacity, Marten is deputy chairman of the board of the International Bach Academy in Stuttgart.

Markus Resch

Markus Resch has been working in communications for more than 20 years. Before that, he was an investigative journalist for the ZDF business magazine WISO and has also worked for many other ZDF editorial departments and the news channel Phoenix.

Today, he is a personal consultant and “ghost thinker” for board members and entrepreneurs. He has accompanied many personalities and companies through strategy, change, and crisis situations. Markus Resch is considered one of the leading media trainers in Germany (PR-Magazin, 2021).

Markus Resch is Advisor Media for the Chair of Entrepreneurship and Creativity of WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management. As a communications consultant, he is a member of the advisory boards of various start-ups and companies. He is an honorary member of the Association of Family Entrepreneurs, the United Europe initiative, and the Friends of Yad Vashem.

Nadine Häfner

Nadine Häfner is Executive Assistant at Kairos CEO-Consulting. With experience in project management and communication, she ensures clear structures and reliable processes behind the scenes. She keeps everything on track, coordinates workflows, and supports our clients with professionalism. With her organizational skills and intuitive understanding of people, she creates a sense of reliability and confidence – both within the team and with our clients. In this way, she ensures that projects are carried out reliably while collaboration remains both professional and genuinely at eye level.

Tracy Grung
Tracy Grung supports our team as Executive Assistant in the organizational coordination of our projects and in back-office operations. With a clear focus on processes and responsibilities, she ensures structure and supports reliable execution in day-to-day business. She coordinates appointments and internal alignments, keeps track of project progress, and contributes to transparent communication with our clients. In doing so, she works carefully, solution-oriented, and with a high degree of reliability and commitment. Through her structured way of working, she makes an important contribution to ensuring that our projects are implemented smoothly and that collaboration is managed professionally.
Roman Keilhacker

Roman Keilhacker has over 25 years’ experience as an entrepreneur and management consultant specialising in strategy development and personal brand building. Having worked with global corporations, mid-sized companies and start-ups, he is familiar with a wide range of corporate cultures and has gained extensive experience in developing personal and business strategies and the challenges associated with their successful implementation.

After completing his Business Management studies in Germany, London, and Berkeley, he began his professional career at Accenture. He then progressed to become active on the start-up scene and launched several award-winning companies, one of which he successfully sold to a Fortune 500 company. Prior to joining KAIROS CEO-Consulting, he worked at the Swiss consulting boutique PvL Partners, where he advised senior executives in a variety of industries, with a particular focus on strategic positioning and business transformation.

Roman Keilhacker heads the Komunitas Family Foundation and is a passionate water sports enthusiast.

Tobias Schönpflug
Tobias Schönpflug is a creative generalist. Having trained as a journalist and head of photography (Welt am Sonntag, welt.de, Süddeutsche), advertising copywriter/strategist (AimaqRappStolle), and content specialist (KircherBurkhardt/C3, Scholz & Friends), he set up his own business as a communications consultant and implementation expert in 2016. Tobias Schönpflug is supported by an agile team of creative specialists. His core competencies include the creation of high-quality presentations, digital explanatory communication, and the translation of strategy into communication for companies facing complex challenges.
Bernhard Rössler
Bernhard Rössler has been working for over 30 years in the field of communications, media realities and opinion shaping. He has been a journalist, advertiser, marketing manager and strategist. He calls it the craftsmanship of social science. His experience and curiosity enable him to calmly interpret hypes and shape disruption. His favorite communicative topics: Crises, risks, finance, healthcare and private equity. He has demonstrated several times that he can build and manage brands.
Claudia Pörings

Claudia Pörings is a journalist and was most recently head of the ZDF finance and stock market editorial team.
She joined ZDF in 1984 as an editor and reporter in the domestic politics department.
Since then she has presented current affairs programs on ZDF, 3sat and Phönix.
She studied American Literature, mass communications and economics and acquired her M.A. at Gutenberg University /Mainz.
Claudia Pörings is on the board of the International Club of Business Journalists Frankfurt and is a member of the board of trustees of the Bündnis ökonomische Bildung BÖB. She is also on the jury of the Helmut Schmidt Journalism Prize.
In 2021 she acquired the certificate as a voice trainer.

Philipp Bächstädt

Philipp Bächstädt has been a tv-journalist for 20 years now. He started his career on the German news-channel n-tv and with the private broadcasting group RTL. He is fluent in both English and German and worked as a foreign correspondent in Germany for international networks like SKY and CNN.

Since 2009 he also works as a show host and media coach in English language exclusively for KAIROS.

Julia Hoffstaedter
Julia Hoffstaedter advises top management teams during critical phases of transformation and strategic realignment. She combines more than 20 years of experience in corporate communications and executive positioning with profound expertise in systemic coaching. Previously, as Director Corporate Communications at Sixt, she was responsible for establishing the Group’s corporate communications function and supported top management in navigating challenging transformation phases, including the COVID-19 period. Today, Julia works at the intersection of corporate strategy and communication. She supports top executives in translating strategic messages into compelling narratives, sharpening their personal positioning, and communicating change credibly both internally and externally.
